Kamila Sitak
ARTIST
Kamila Sitak born in Czestochowa, Poland (1985), a woman of many talents: painter/ interior designer/ trainer and professional rider. Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw and Warsaw, Faculty of Interior Design. She completed a doctoral program for art curators at the University of Warsaw, and then earned an MBA from Quest Change Managers. She currently runs her own interior design studio, Artkam. She promotes the idea of interiors to art - art to interiors, trying to evoke an inter-industry dialogue. She adheres to the principle "do everything you do to the best of your ability, or don't do it at all." Since childhood she has been involved with dance, fascinated by various forms of movement. Ballet was Kamila's first glimpse of the performing arts. While training in Czestochowa, she also performed on stage at the Huberman Philharmonic. Over the years, she became fascinated with horseback riding, and what she soon described as "Horse Dance" led her to become a member of the Polish National Dressage Team and win many medals in the sport. Her paintings are in private collections around the world in countries such as Nigeria, USA, Poland, China, Dubai, Germany, Bahrain, Spain, Portugal, Canada, Denmark and Italy.
Kamila's passion for art and her love for horses became the spark that started a joint project – the Equus collection.
