Where can I order wallpaper?
You can purchase our wallpapers through distributors nationwide. The full list is available under the "Orders>> Distributors.
Are wallpapers sold by square meter or by roll?
Our wallpapers are made to custom measurements, and the cost is calculated per square meter, rounded up to the next full square meter.
What is the width of a wallpaper panel?
We print on substrates with a panel width of 135 cm. Panel division is adjusted according to the wall's dimensions and layout.
What are the technical specifications of OneWallDesign™ wallpapers?
OneWallDesign™ wallpapers are Type II vinyl, weighing at least 480 g/m² and stabilized with a textile backing. The high-quality digital print is certified for use in both residential and public spaces.
Can I order wallpaper in a size other than 5x3 m?
Each time, we adjust the patterns to the dimensions of the Client's wall. Depending on the needs, the pattern is scaled or cropped according to the arrangements with the Client or Designer.
Can any design be ordered in the DigiWET version (for rooms exposed to moisture and direct water contact)?
Yes, any of our designs can be ordered in this system.
Can I order samples?
We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order. Please coordinate with your distributor on the type of sample you need. Opting out of a sample print may result in limited warranty on color and background graphics that may not be visible in a small format.
How long does order fulfillment take?
Orders are completed within a maximum of 21 business days from the date of final confirmation.
Is it possible to make changes to the designs?
Pattern modifications are possible (background color or selected elements, color saturation adjustment, mirroring). Some changes are free of charge, while others, requiring a designer’s input, are priced individually.
Can I install the wallpaper myself?

Is adhesive included with the wallpaper?
Wallpapers are supplied without adhesive. You can purchase adhesive separately from your distributor or an authorized installer.
What adhesive should the installer use to mount the wallpaper?
We recommend using ProfiMEX HEAVY adhesive for Satin and Jute wallpapers, or ProfiMex Extra Strong adhesive for Stripe and Lush wallpapers. An experienced installer may select a preferred adhesive and primer, but they assume responsibility for the choice.
Are OneWallDesign wallpapers stain- and clean-resistant?
Our products are highly resistant to stains and mechanical damage.
Clean any dirt with a damp cloth without detergents. Note that, while durable, digital prints are surface prints and may wear with improper cleaning.
How should the wall be prepared for wallpaper installation?
It’s essential to properly prepare the wall. The surface should be solid, dry, smooth, and free of dust and grease.
It should be free from cracks and gaps and should be primed in advance. If the wall was previously painted with emulsion paint, test its adhesion to the wall using strong adhesive tape.
