Installation
Installation methods
The “double-cut” method
The butt join method
The butt joint installation method involves placing wallpaper strips in such a way that their edges meet directly without overlapping one strip on top of the other. This method is specifically designed for our wallpapers whose structure and thickness prevent installation using the double-cut method.
Attention
It’s essential to properly prepare the wall. The surface should be solid, dry, smooth, and free of dust and grease.

Tools
Wallpaper installation is not an overly complicated process, but the right tools are necessary. In addition to the products available in most stores for professionals (scissors, rollers, brushes, etc.), the assembler can purchase from us two absolutely key tools, without which proper installation of wallpaper may prove impossible.

Pack with Roller
Our proprietary pack is designed to facilitate both smoothing wallpaper and pressing it precisely against the wall. The pack allows you to reach hard-to-reach places when cutting off excess wallpaper in difficult corners. The Teflon roller allows the wallpaper to be pressed down without the risk of damaging it with a sharp edge. Keep in mind that the digital print, however permanent, is applied on the surface. An improper tool with an edge, combined with the imperfection of the wall on which the wallpaper is installed, can lead to mechanical damage to the wallpaper surface during installation.
Knife with a Base
The special knife with a base for double cutting is a tool designed for precisely cutting two layers of wallpaper simultaneously. It allows for stable knife guidance along the seam, perpendicular to the wall, ensuring a straight cut for both strips of wallpaper.
Sometimes installers use standard wallpaper knives for cutting through two layers, but this requires significant skill and experience to ensure the cut is made at a perfect right angle to the wall along the entire length and that the knife blade cuts only the two layers of wallpaper without damaging the wall surface beneath.
